I had a problem, I was at my Dad's office and had to get home, he was really busy to drop me off at home so I decided that I could simply bike there. so I grabbed a bike and headed home. at times I felt tired and out of the air but I solved it by breathing deeper even if it was hard. In the end, I got home and didn't feel tired at all so I think the breathing technique works well. -Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken -developing new skills -Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
