I began working out using Calisthenics guided by a book called “Tréning Väzňa” at the beginning of the school year, and I continued doing so over break, going on to higher and higher levels of difficulty to increase my muscle mass, but I have been doing new things too. I began doing Yoga, as I did Gymnastics as a child and I wanted to become as flexible as I was then. So I have been doing Yoga almost every day, with some exceptions, and I can easily see differences from when I began. I also joined some friends in doing a different work out every morning at 5:30, first we did Paddle Yoga, then we did Ballet, then we went Kayaking, and we shall keep doing these exercises every week for all of January. I also found another work out called “The Violent Nomad Work Out”, which I have not begun training yet as it looks very grueling, but I shall begin doing it when I’m ready to increase my stamina and endurance, as that is something I often find myself lacking. I also began taking Salsa classes, as I thought it would be fun and something else to do, and it would give me the chance to actually learn how to dance, so I can dance in at least some establishments with some sort of decency.
