Amanda- Journal Entry September 24th 2020

After our sale for the churros, we made a lot of revenue with around 100,000 colones or more with only one day of selling. Although it was a lot of work, it was definitely worth it because now Cindy and I are closer to our goal of paying the tickets to Mexico. For today's class we had a call to decide what exactly we were going to sell next and after thinking we decided to sell both sweet and salty. For sweet we will be selling tres leches in individual packaging and for salty we will be selling enyucados. In order to fix most of the mistakes we made last time, this time using our thinking skills we are going to do trial runs together to see how the enyucados and tres leches on Friday October 2nd. With this day of experimentation, we will be able to figure out the cost of operations and product as well as the price per unit. We did calculations and if the sales go as well as the first time, with two more sales we can cover most of the trip including plane tickets, food and transportation inside of Mexico.
