List of Strengths for this project:

• I always write down when everything is due so I can keep track of how well I’m spending my time, therefore, I have a good sense of time management. This will allow me to have different things ready on time to explain to the teachers, as well as be able to set meetings with them in an organized matter.
• I always like to talk to people; I always want to establish clear communication with my peers in order for projects to run smoothly and with the least complications. This will allow me to maintain good communication with the teachers I’m working with and with the students. I want to remain unbiased since I want to listen to all of their concerns and problems in order to tackle the root of the issue.
• I am a person with lots of determination within herself and like to take challenges. This will allow me to motivate and instigate not only students but also teachers in reaching their academic goals.
• I excel in both English and Spanish since I’ve known those languages since I was practically a baby. This is a strength because it will allow me to communicate with English-speaking students struggling in Spanish and also tell their Spanish teachers. In the case of Ms. Amy Snodgrass’s project, I will speak in Spanish with those native Spanish speakers so they’ll be able to deepen their analysis.
• I am a very flexible person; therefore, if some students and teachers are concerned about something they can appoint a meeting with me at any time since they’re my priority in these times.
