Today I met with the doctors that will be helping the day of the campaign. We arranged a meeting in San Jose to talk about the details of the campaign. It was nice to finally meet the doctors and show my gratitude to them. I told them about the plan and all of them were completely ok with it. There are some aspects that are still not clear like the transportation and where exactly to get the materials that will be needed the day of the event. But those will be defined later, probably next year after the holidays. I know everyone is busy these days so I rather wait until I know I will get a good response.
We were also able to create a full graph of how the event would look. We took into consideration the location of the awnings and the shares for the people waiting. We also made a list of solutions if it started raining. Most importantly we came up with a date. It will be in march, which is why we need to make sure we have a plan B if it rains. I am happy with the plan we have, now I only have to keep looking for sponsors and buy the materials the doctors will be needing.
