Gratitude

When we fail to acknowledge or dismiss the contributions of others, regardless of how big or small, we miss an opportunity to strengthen the core of our community; the value of what people bring to the organization. - When we achieve something big, we sometimes forget about how we did it and only think about we did it. in the process of achieving a goal, there are always other people supporting and helping you so you can do what you are determined to do. if we remember all of these people who helped us we can take a minute to be grateful and make the relationship you had stronger. Reflect on the people that have helped you succeed this trimester and year. What have you done that made you proud? How did you get there and who helped you? -My Project has organized a beach clean up, volunteered to help in a beach cleanup and performed a presentation for 4th graders about microplastics, these events could've never happened if, without the help of two people, Sarah and Mr. Dodge, Sarah always supported our project by inviting us to participate in beach clean-ups and to go to a meeting with other local activists to share ideas and projects that they are doing. and out of all the teachers that we proposed a presentation to, Mr dodge was the most receiving out of them all he was super enthusiastic and made it easy for us to coordinate the presentation. we are thankful to both of them for making our CAS experience easier.
