this process completely changed my understanding of the process because I used to think that it was only doing the interview and that was it, but in reality, there are way more things we have to prepare for before the interview.
How does a company use these tools to better identify the correct candidates?
they use them to see the strengths a candidate has and to see if it fits well with what they need them for.
How can a human resource manager successfully plan for increases in hiring or decreases?
He can see how much people are needed to do the job and if the company has more than there are needed then they have to hire less and if they need more then they have to hire more.
