So this week what I did to go forward with my project I told my dad that the following week I would start working with him so I can continue with my project. There isn’t really a record now that it was just a normal conversation between the both of us and then I told him.

Video and questions:
As you think about your own best work, what aspect of autonomy is most important to you in regards to school, autonomy over what you do, when you do it, or with whom you do it with? How much autonomy do you have at school right now? Is it enough?
-The autonomy I like is the When I do things one. I like to do things whenever I feel motivated enough to do it. School online gives me a little bit of autonomy in this aspect because they put assignments due the end of the day, this way I can do the assignments throughout the day without having the pressure that it’s due by the end of class or the end of school.
How would you redesign your physical space to promote more engagement? How would you design your activity in your classroom or in your business to promote more mastery for your students or your employees?
I should clean my desk because right now it is full of cables and notebooks, also, I wished I had a more comfortable chair because wooden chairs are really hard to sit on all day long(chair is in progress.
Does our education system rely too much on extrinsic reward systems? If so, how should we reconfigure schools and classrooms? Is there a way to add more intrinsic motivation to our classes?
It Does, maybe we can concentrate on the final grade more than participation, each person has a different way of learning and maybe some people learn more when they are happy. Having the pressure of being graded not only in quizzes, projects, and homework but also how much we participate is too much, teachers should let the students not participate without having a negative effect on their grades. In a lot of my reports, I receive a message saying that I don’t participate enough in class, and this just makes me feel pressured to participate even though I have nothing important to say. This makes me think that I have to think of something to say that is important and that just distracts me from class. Some people just like learning in silence.
Does your classwork have a purpose? If so, what does that look like?
Classwork in my point of view is just like a way of helping you learn the things before the exam in a more dynamic way, easily the teachers could just tell us to read a book that says everything that will be in the exam and that’s it, but with classwork, it is easier to learn because we are practicing with the knowledge we get.
