This week I continued to work on and update Ms. Cats google slide with all the kids art. This week the kids focused on figures and seascapes. I am still waiting on her to send me the videos she wants me to edit, this next week I am going to communicate with her that this project is coming to an end and I really need her to start sending her videos so I can edit them. I have found the exact platforms I want to use, I have just been waiting for two weeks now for her to send videos, so I need to better communicate by when I need these videos, so that I can edit them.
This week I also learned about Adam’s theory of motivation and look back at my old notes to make sure I remember all the theories and try to keep them fresh before our test. Overall, this week I mostly just worked on Ms. Cats google slide and went through my notes. So far this project has made me realize how much even a little bit of help and motivation can change someones day or work life. I think that helping Ms. Cat has made her be more efficient in the important things like lesson plans, while I can help with the not necessarily as important or knowledge based things like tasks that are just time consuming.
Learning outcomes:
Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth: This week I learned that I am good at making sure everything gets done and using my time wisely but I need to focus on my communication to make sure I can get Ms. Cat to send the videos this upcoming week.
