Uncertainty Journal Entry

Insofar as Proyecto Vida Mujer and Yearbook there are many uncertainties Julie and I are facing right now. Proyecto Vida Mujer has been postponed until October which has led to many uncertainties on whether we’ll be able to do it as a result of the Coronavirus. Furthermore, in Yearbook there’s the possibility of some people in the committee who are not following the instructions we’re establishing which could lead to the uncertainty of not having the yearbook complete by June 2nd.

I’d like to say Julie and me are prepared for the uncertainty our projects behold but projects like Proyecto Vida Mujer are projects we have little authority on (Geneva is the one that makes the call) and if the Coronavirus keeps getting worse then we’ll have no other option than to cancel the October event. Insofar as the yearbook, Julie and I do have authority on that subject, therefore, we would communicate with each other to see what’s an effective way to be more strict with our friends in the committee.

I made a Risk Management Sheet to show other uncertainties I found for both of my CAS projects, and who is affected by it and how we’ll act upon them.
