November 2nd, 2020 – Julie CAS Journal Entry

Over the past few weeks I have worked on both of my CAS projects and been creative with my friends. First for the IUD project I went over to Geneva's house to count inventory for all the remaining tools and objects used for the campaigns in October. There are still plenty of the resources we need and we hope to continue the smaller campaigns over the next few months because of the Coronavirus. Also in yearbook Jimena and I have discussed a few first steps and want to start weekly meetings with our group, probably starting next week so that they can get to know the yearbook and what to do before the end of this trimester. We are first going to start with setting up a new pictavo account and teaching them all how to use that and then brainstorm a new way we can collect photos since due to the coronavirus we are not in physical school, so there are no photos being taken. Also to be creative, Cata, Grace and I have been trying some new things. For example a few weeks ago we made sucshi for the first time, which actually turned out really well and tasted really good. Also this last weekend we all made Halloween cookies and decorated them to celebrate the holiday. I included the picture of our sushi because I don't have a photo from when I went over to Geneva's.
