Finally got rid of the algae, at first, I thought of scrubbing them off, but then I realized I could work smart not hard so I bought a bag of chlorine and put it in the water, this got rid of the algae without me having to do hard work. there were no plants in the system yet so no plants other than the algae were harmed.
