That’s what the yearbook committee is all about. To capture valuable memories to remember throughout school years. Today was the first yearbook meeting assisted in 2020. But not the first one of my life. Adding on, the experience was different from past years. This year, the members consisted only of the 11th grade. The directors were two members from my class. Three of my takeaways were having an effective manner of communication, being organized and having control over members. When discussing the yearbook theme, everyone wanted to talk. And it was not an effective way of communication. However, assigning people grades was an accurate example of clear and effective organization/communication. The ib learner profile I embodied during the meeting was being a communicator. Since I expressed my ideas in a correct manner.
