Penultimate Class

People can’t really know about you unless you share aspects of your life. This week I shared my final reflection/presentation with my mentors and some members of the community. The final presentation reflected my development as an IB student throughout the process. Teachers gave me positive feedback about it. It was good to know what teachers’ perspectives were about a leader from the community. No matter if you are big, small, etc, big things will come if you start by doing small acts. However, the teacher and my mentors were not the only ones who got to glaze at my presentation. During this week’s class, I shared it with Jimena. She seemed to be interested in what I´ve learned working with her through the past weeks. She was amazed by the fact that I fit all that information in one slide. (this is what you get from HL/SL IB Visual arts) Overall, I felt honorable. The fact that I impacted a six graders academic life is a fulfilling feeling. I´m looking forward to working with her over break to improve her english vocab.
