Stacy – Journal Entry April 17, 2020 ¨Activity¨
In my opinion, I think that being healthy is having harmony between your mind and body. In order to have good health a person has to exercise daily. As a person, I hate exercising, but this pandemic made me be more connected with my body. Which involves listening more to what is good for me. I decided to start working out with my cousins since I was motivated. The beginning was hard, because I stopped working out since we got out of school. The major learning outcome I can pull from this activity is to resist till the end of the path. However, I can also pull out that a person needs to have perseverance through his life, it will make it easier. Adding on, I would like to say that life's not easy, but having perseverance and persistence is the key. Afterwards, I felt really good with myself. I can conclude that working out can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. This experience was all about to be a risk taker. I took the risk to resume exercise since we ended school.
