I am not sure if you can see the image well. this is an example of the mini financial help that I did for the business. My Dad doesn't really get the time to manage this so he was a little behind, this week I did for the month of January at the begging/medium of this week. I still haven't finished February so I decided to show the January one which is done. It can be seen that the company has income but it also has outcomes for three different targets.

Compare and contrast the theories of Taylor and Pink.
Pink:
-autonomy, mastery, purpose
Scientific Management Theory:
-Mastery, its about doing the best you can
some advantages are that you are motivated and trying to do your best. disadvantage is that people or at least me get tired of always trying their best, and sometimes we just want to take a break.

What is the difference between accountability and responsibility?
- responsibility can be shared while accountability cannot
What is delegation and how does it relate to the span of control?
-the delegation is the representative group or person and they are responsible of the span of control.
Explain the difference between flat and tall hierarchical structures.
-the tall one has a CEO at the top controlling everyone, having less autonomy. The flat one has fewer levels of management and more autonomy,
Distinguish between a wide and narrow span of control.
-Wide has more people reporting to the management, and narrow has less people reporting to the management.
P.S: This week I also did some physical work with my dad fixing an old office chair and making it look like new.
