My first thought or prediction was that the only egg that would not break would be the one inside the crumbled paper. I felt that egg had the most protection and compression to absorb the impact of the fall. I also predicted that the egg inside the container full of beans and rice would crush the egg after the drop. I was not sure how the air bag would behave since it was not easy to keep it air tight. After the drops, and I was able to open each container, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all my designs had actually worked! I had created enough compression and layering around the eggs, that the forces of gravity and impact on the ground were not enough to break them. The egg inside the beans container did have a small crack and the yolk had broken inside but it had “survive” the actual fall. These types of experiments are used in real life specially in the transportation industry to create safer vehicles upon impact. Things like: crumbled bumpers, layered frames, air bags etc.
