Exercise and Mood Stability:

Whenever I exercise, I always feel better about myself. It makes me feel this way because I feel productive and healthy. However, there is another reason why exercise makes you feel good.

When we exercise, our brains release chemicals such as dopamine and endorphins. These chemicals act as “mood stabilizers” and make you feel happy. It is a great reward system to motivate us to work out!
