Hospitals in space:

We should have hospital-like things in our space station and also on the planet. There are a few problems with this though the lack of gravity can be a huge problem. This means that if you need to perform surgery, blood could go flying everywhere. Also, people are unable to breathe properly in space. We need to consider these things before we even consider sending people to Mars. If we do want to send people to space, we would need a lot of blood for transplanting, IV drips, clean supplies, cleaning supplies, and medicine.

I did not think of the possibility of conducting surgery in space at all. That is true, the gravity on Earth is something that is not in space so that makes normal procedures difficult and dangerous. We need to find some way to accomplish this maybe by working with the environment to find the solution.

Yep. Performing surgery in space is near impossible at the moment for many different reasons.

I did not think about blood flying everywhere when you try to do surgery. Thankfully there are other things a hospital can do.
