Sleep Deprivation

The amount of sleep I get per night is usually around 7-8 hours which is about average. When I get more sleep I feel more alert and am usually in a good mood. When I get less sleep I am in a worse mood and am irritable. I think that I get enough sleep on most days but more sleep is always welcome
