Tamales:

I made these pork tamales. They contain all of the 4 macromolecules above. The pork: Contains protein. This protein provides sustenance for our bodies. The pig that provided the pork also contained nucleic acids. The corn flour: Contains carbohydrates (from the starch). Carbohydrates provide energy for our cells. The lard: The lard used in the tamales contains lipids (fat). Lard is literally the melted fat from bacon.
